An Anatomy of an Animated Short - Little Yeyos

Little Yeyos is an animated short film by Light Chaser, a start-up animation studio based in Beijing. The film used the Arnold renderer and Katana lighting tool to achieve optimal image quality in this animated short, allowing the studio to use lighting as a key component of story development to heighten the sense of mystery throughout the film.

Founded in 2013 by Gary Wang, the founder and ex-CEO of Tudou.com, China’s leading video sharing website, Little Yeyos is Light Chaser’s first short film.
