Registration Categories & Fees
Thank you for your interest in SIGGRAPH Asia 2014. Online Registration closed on the 20 November 2014. You can still register onsite at the event at onsite registration rates.
Please proceed to Level 2 of the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center from 03 to 06 December to register onsite. We look forward to welcoming you to SIGGRAPH Asia 2014.
All prices in the table below are inclusive of taxes, where applicable. All dates are in UTC/GMT +8 (Shenzhen, China Time).
For local registration (China), currency will be in RMB and payment mode is through wire transfer only.
For international registration, currency will be in SGD and payment mode is through credit card only.
Please note that we will only accept payments in RMB onsite.

Registration Categories
Full Conference Pass (FC)
Includes admission to all programs and events of SIGGRAPH Asia 2014; one Electronic Theater ticket and one Official Networking Reception ticket. Conference Proceedings will be downloadable via the ACM Digital Library.
Full Conference One Day Pass (FC-1D)
Includes admission to all programs and events for one day of SIGGRAPH Asia 2014; access to the Exhibition, Exhibitor Talks & Sessions, and Recruitment Talks are included for three days, 4 - 6 December 2014. One Electronic Theater ticket is included.
Basic Conference Pass
Includes admission to the Computer Animation Festival Animation Theater, Computer Animation Festival Production sessions, Emerging Technologies, Featured Sessions, Industry Master Classes, Keynote Speakers, Posters, Technical Papers Fast Forward, Exhibition, Exhibitor Talks & Sessions, and Recruitment Talks for all conference days. An Electronic Theater ticket can be purchased separately.
Exhibits Only Pass
Includes admission to the Computer Animation Festival Animation Theater, Exhibition, Exhibitor Talks & Sessions, and Recruitment Talks for three days, 4 - 6 December 2014. Complimentary admission is granted to trade business visitors and students.
When registering onsite, a business card or student ID to prove that you are in related computer graphics fields must be produced at the time of registration.
Electronic Theater Ticket
Access to one Electronic Theater screening. One ticket is included in all Full Conference Passes and Full Conference One Day Passes. Additional tickets or stand-alone tickets can be purchase online and onsite. Tickets are limited and it is recommended to purchased them online.

Membership
Member Rate
If you are currently an ACM, ACM SIGGRAPH, ACM SIGCHI, or Eurographics member, you are eligible for a member discount. You must provide your membership number to receive the discount; otherwise, you will be charged the non-member rate. Local or regional ACM SIGGRAPH memberships are not eligible for registration discounts.

Student Rate
You must be an ACM or ACM SIGGRAPH student member to qualify. You must provide your valid ACM SIGGRAPH student membership number to qualify for student membership rates. This applies for those registering in advance as well as at the conference.

More Information on Group Registration:
> Logging in allows any member to change any of their personal details and the dates of some events. It will not allow them to cancel or change their payment.
> ACM Member or ACM Student Member Code must be entered and verified when choosing the type of Conference Pass.
> Invitation e-mail will be sent automatically after payment and if the Administrator chooses to send it.
> The Leader will automatically received a confirmation e-mail after payment.
> Group Individual Members will only receive a confirmation e-mail after they complete their personal details.
> Discount is applied on a per payment basis.
> If the method of payment is by wire transfers, the Leader will get an e-mail explaining that the transaction is incomplete along with the transferred amount and any outstanding amount.
> Wire Transfers payment will only be considered complete when acknowledged by Organizer.
> For local registration (China): Currency will be in RMB and only wire transfer payment mode is allowed.
> For international registration: Currency will be in SGD and only credit card payment mode is allowed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Only the Full Conference Pass can be canceled, and credit card administration fees shall be borne by the delegate. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received on or before 24 October 2014, UTC/GMT +8 (Shenzhen, China Time). No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date.
A processing fee of SGD 100/RMB 500 applies for all approved refunds. Full Conference One Day Passes, Basic Conference Passes, Electronic Theater Tickets, and Networking Reception tickets are not refundable.
